   Online Student Spotlight: Melissa


"I wanted that diploma," says Melissa on the real reason she looked forward to graduation day.

Melissa works 12 hour shifts as an RN in a rural Michigan hospital ER, who also achieved a bachelor's in nursing at University of Michigan. She knew that the BSN was the best route to advanced career opportunities in nursing, like management, teaching, and other upper-level jobs.
