Blended Learning Programs
I'm interested in taking some courses online, but I'd like to take classes on-campus too. What are my options?
Blended learning, or hybrid learning, is a combination of on-campus classes and classes taken over the Internet. Blended learning provides some of the flexibility and convenience of distance learning as well as the more traditional academic experience. Other benefits include making fewer trips to your campus for classes, but being close enough to access the campus facilities and resources.
Blended learning is a good option for those who would like their education to be a little more flexible, but still want to take some courses in a traditional classroom setting. It provides students with the opportunity to interact with classmates and faculty face-to-face, but also providing opportunities for more independent learning and convenience in education. To learn more, read through our article about blended learning.
As you narrow your choices make your decision about what subject to study, be sure you have dedicated enough time to learning the related fields.

Online Student Interview: Britton
"When it comes to managing time with a newborn, work and school you do what you have to do."
Britton had initially entered college at eighteen as a traditional student. Before he was able to earn his degree, he was given a job offer that he couldn't refuse. He knew that it was an important professional opportunity, but always intended on finishing what he started.
"I chose my career over the degree, knowing that I could finish later, as I am doing now, and getting my employer to pay for it."
